How do I reset my password?


You can reset your password by following these steps:

  1. Visit https://app.newlynamed.com/logout to log out of any previous sessions.
  2. Then try logging back into your account - https://app.newlynamed.com/
  3. If the problem persists, please reset your password by visiting https://newlynamed.com/secure/users/forgot
  4. Enter the email address used when creating your account
  5. A new password reset email will be sent to you (Note: It may take a few minutes for the new password reset email to arrive in your inbox. We recommend checking your junk/spam folder if you can't locate the password reset email.)
  6. Open the newest password reset email that you received, click the link, and enter your new password
