What are Personal Accounts?
Personal Accounts are organizations where you hold accounts or licenses.
After placing your order, you will be asked to select your Personal Accounts. Your name change kit will then contain the instructions and forms for changing your name on the Personal Accounts you selected. Note, that we do not collect account numbers, usernames, or any sensitive information for any of your personal accounts.
You can select your Personal Accounts from our database of over 3,000 organizations:

- Investment accounts
- Auto financing (loans and leasing)
- Mortgages
- Insurance (medical/health, auto, homeowner's)
- TSA Pre✓ and Global Entry (Known Traveler Number/KTN)

- Professional licenses and certifications (state nursing licenses, state medical/doctor licenses and boards, state teaching licenses, bar associations, notary public, etc.)
