Can NewlyNamed assist me with my name and gender change?

Yes! A NewlyNamed name change kit will be able to assist with your name and gender change after you've been issued a court order through your city/county courthouse allowing you to change your name and gender marker.

For legal reasons, we are not able to help you obtain a court order (we are not attorneys). Our name change kits assume you already have the proper legal name change document (i.e. court order) for your desired name change and gender change.

When filling out your NewlyNamed account after placing your order, you will want to select your desired gender marker. Gender market options include male, female, or X. You will also want to select 'Court Order' as the reason for your name change.
