Can I receive a refund if I change my mind after placing an order?
Yes! If we haven’t shipped your NewlyNamed Box or you haven’t downloaded your name change kit, we can cancel your order and issue a refund.
What if I’ve already received my NewlyNamed Box?
If you’ve already received your NewlyNamed Box, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To receive a full refund, the unused/unopened NewlyNamed Box must be returned to us. Your refund will be processed once our team receives and verifies the returned box.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
If a return is required, any shipping costs associated with the return will be the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return a Print at Home name change kit?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for Print At Home name change kits once they have been downloaded. Since these products are instantly delivered electronically, they cannot be returned.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed on the same business day that your request is approved. However, it typically takes 5-7 business days (Holidays & weekends excluded) for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
How will my refund be issued?
Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used for your original purchase. If your credit card number has expired or changed, the refund will typically still process automatically. In rare cases where it doesn’t, you may need to contact your bank or credit card company to resolve the issue.
