DailyDocs Return Policy

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

• Returns: You can return any unopened DailyDocs Organizer or Keepsake Box within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price. Unopened means the plastic wrap is still on.
• How to start a return: Email support@dailydocs.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Refunds: We issue your refund to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. It can take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement.
• Exchanges: We don’t offer exchanges. To get a different color or product, return your original item and place a new order.
