We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.


Standard Returns

DailyDocs Organizers that are unused, in original condition, and still in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product cost. Shipping costs associated with returns are the customer's responsibility. Please reach out to support@dailydocs.com if you'd like to initiate a return.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to support@dailydocs.com within 30 days of delivery with photos or proof of the issue. We'll gladly take care of the return shipping and send a replacement.


Exchanges

At this time, we’re not able to process exchanges. If you’d like a different color or item, please initiate a return for your original order and place a new order for the product you’d like instead.
