My partner and I are not married. Can we still purchase an estate plan?

Yes! Our estate plans are available to all couples, married or not. With the Couples Will & Estate Plan, you and your partner will each receive your own set of documents:

• Last Will and Testament
• Advance Healthcare Directive
• Financial Power of Attorney

Having an estate plan in place lets you name your partner to receive your assets, make healthcare decisions for you, or manage your finances if you’re ever unable to.
