You'll need at least one marriage certificate (your original or a certified copy) but having an extra copy will most likely speed up your name change. You will need to mail in your marriage certificate when updating your passport which will likely take at least 2-3 months. Having an extra copy will allow you to keep changing your name everywhere else while you wait for your marriage certificate and new passport to be mailed back to you.
